MECHANICA is pleased to announce that Gonçalo Sá has joined the firm as Strategic Advisor. His discipline is security. He brings experience in smart-contract security, decentralized systems and technical diligence to Mechanica.

As Co-Founder of Consensys Diligence, Gonçalo built the smart-contract audit practice that secured the Ethereum ecosystem's earliest and most consequential deployments. He serves as Vice Chair of the Consensys Diligence board and as Technical Partner at Ethereal Ventures, where he partners with global teams at the earliest stages of decentralized network development.

Gonçalo's appointment is part of how MECHANICA keeps the promise behind each build: principals should never have to think about how the system is secured. Quietly, durably, without theatre.
